Our customer service team will reach out to you as quickly as possible and all inquiries are handled on a first-come-first-served basis.
Our return policy is as follows:
- Products eligible for return must be returned within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- To determine eligibility, please tell us the reason you would like to return the product. A change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will email instructions for the product return process. Once your return is received, we will issue you a refund.
- Shipping charges (both ways) cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or shipped in error by us or damaged in shipment to you.
If your return complies with the above policy, a credit or refund will be issues to you within 2-4 weeks.
IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN UNDER THIS POLICY OR OTHERWISE DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THIS POLICY, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT BE RETURNED TO YOU.
